In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus and practice social distancing, HeroNet will provide limited services for at least 2 weeks from April 1, 2020.

Appointment Visits only

We are currently accepting customers that have appointments only.
Most of transactions can be completed online. 

Home Internet Service

1.New Contract (Home Internet)

Our staff will contact you for payment registration and installation arrangement once we receive your information. Please provide your valid E-mail address and phone number.

2.Cancellation Request

We ask customers to notify us at least 30 days prior to cancellation date. Once we receive your information, we will schedule an appointment for you to visit our office to return your equipment.

Mobile Internet Service – SIM/Mobile HotSpot

1.New Contract

After you submit the form, we will send you contract information and will schedule an appointment to pick up your SIM card/ router.

2.Cancellation Request

Mobile Internet Request Forms are not available at this moment.Please set up appointment for cancellation. *The cancellation date will the date that you return the SIM card or device to HeroNet office
After you submit the form, we will send you cancellation details and will schedule an appointment for you to return SIM card/router and receive deposit at the HeroNet office, if applicable.
