Our staff will contact you for payment registration and installation arrangement once we receive your information. Please provide your valid E-mail address and phone number.
We ask customers to notify us at least 30 days prior to cancellation date. Once we receive your information, we will schedule an appointment for you to visit our office to return your equipment.

Mobile Internet Service – SIM/Mobile HotSpot
After you submit the form, we will send you contract information and will schedule an appointment to pick up your SIM card/ router.
